Imaginez des asperges blanches croquantes, coupées en petits biseaux disposés en rond sur un petit appareil délicatement relevé au raifort et laqués d'une loupe au goût d'herbes fraiches...des filets de rougets présentés en couches rectangulaires finement enrichies de foie gras... en dessert une ampoule d'agrumes sur quelques ciselures d'olives de Nyons confites...et vous n'êtes pas au bout de vos surprises. Le service est efficace, attentionné et sympathique.

Le village du Marquis des Baronnies est incroyable. La visite du château de Grignan est très intéressante. Nos hôtes sont charmants. Bienveillance et dévouement de toute l’équipe. La Provence, un doux paradis. Le restaurant étoilés Michelin. Un lieu exceptionnel !

Tout y est! Excellence dès le premier contact, avec bienveillance et sans la moindre arrogance pour un établissement de ce standing. On ressent une vraie âme, et on s'y sent bien- sans oublier la nourriture évidemment exceptionnelle, pas une surprise compte-tenu de l'étoile Michelin... Au coeur d'un villge charmant, rempli d'histoire, pas encore submergé par le tourisme...

Ces quelques heures entre l’hôtel et le restaurant nous ont séduits au plus haut point. Ce fut une expérience d’une si grande sérénité. Un doux moment de lévitation. Grâce aux talents et à la chaleur humaine de toute l’équipe. Grâce au charme de ce lieu et à la décoration intérieure. Grâce au « massage musical » qui nous berce au restaurant. Et grâce à la stupéfiante et fascinante maîtrise culinaire qui amène les chefs à nous faire danser toute la soirée, en bondissant d’un nuage gustatif à l’autre ! Ce fut une extase ininterrompue. Le plaisir se poursuivit lors du petit déjeuner, grâce à ce si grand choix de délices et à la grande gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueillis pour débuter la journée. Merci à toute l’équipe du Clair de la Plume, car vous nous avez rendus si heureux.

The most amazing experience, beautiful hotel with lovely French decor and wonderful staff. We stayed in the main house over looking the garden. We were even provided complimentary coffee and croissants when leaving as we didn’t have time for breakfast. Dinner in the bistro was superb. Highly recommend

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le cadre est idyllique et très romantique et le personnel à l'écoute et très agréable. Nous avions la chambre "Chanoine" : grand lit confortable, belle déco, salle de bain superbe avec des produits de qualité. Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant "La Ferme Chapouton" : encore une fois tout était parfait, la qualité des plats, digne d'un gastro. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Nous avons hâte d'y revenir.
